Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Fry in hot oil. Add minced meat and fry until crispy. Add 1/2 litre water, stir in the contents of the bag and bring to the boil. Braise at low heat for about 3 minutes. Stir in tomato paste.
Clean and wash the zucchini and cut lengthwise into wafer-thin slices. Grate cheese coarsely. Layer the zucchini slices, minced meat and cheese in an ovenproof dish. Finish with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ gas: level 3) for about 20 minutes
