Quick salmon sticks with wasabi salad cream

Ingredients

  • 4 TABLESPOONS Vinegar
  • 6 TABLESPOONS Sunflower oil
  • 1 TEASPOON Sugar
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Garlic clove
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 Head mini romaine lettuce
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Salad cream
  • 1 (35 g) tube of wasabi
  • 600 g Salmon fillet
  • 50 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Panko (Asian breadcrumbs)

Directions

    Mix vinegar, 2 tablespoons of oil and season with sugar, salt and pepper. Peel onion and garlic and cut into fine cubes. Wash the dill, shake dry and chop finely, except for something to garnish. Wash and clean the cucumber and slice it into thin slices. Mix cucumber, onion, garlic, dill and sauce. Clean, wash and pluck the salad into bite-sized pieces

    Mix salad cream and wasabi. Wash the fish, dab dry and cut into approx. 1.5 cm thick slices. Season with salt. Turn one after the other in cream and panko

    Heat 4 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan and fry the salmon sticks for 3-5 minutes while turning. Mix salad and cucumber salad. Arrange salmon sticks, wasabi salad cream and salad
