Ingredients

  • 150 g Basmati composition
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 500 g Turkey escalope
  • 1 red and green pepper
  • 2 Bananas
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 2 (350 g each) Glasses Fix for meat pan "Indian Curry

Directions

    Bring the rice and 300 ml salted water to the boil and let it simmer for 10 minutes at low heat. Rinse turkey meat cold, dab dry and cut into cubes. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Peel and slice bananas.

    Fry meat in hot oil for 8-10 minutes while turning. Add paprika and cook for about 5 minutes. Add bananas, pour Fix für Fleischpfanne and heat. Mix in rice shortly before serving
