  • 50 g brown chocolate biscuit
  • 200 g Marzipan raw mass
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Almond liqueur
  • 50 g chopped hazelnuts
  • 50 g Whole milk couverture

Directions

    Roughly chop the biscuits. Knead marzipan with a teaspoon of liqueur. Mix in the biscuits. Form 25 balls. Swivel in the remaining almond liqueur. Chop the hazelnuts a little finer. Coarsely grate the chocolate coating.

    Mix the hazelnuts and chocolate and roll the Armaretto balls in it. Makes about 25 pieces.
