Mix flour, sugar, salt, butter-vanilla flavour, egg and butter in flakes with the dough hooks to a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and chill for about 30 minutes. Roll out 2 mm thick on a floured work surface. Cut out cookies with fir tree cutters. Place on 2 baking trays lined with baking paper.
Bake the trays one after the other in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ convection oven: 175 °C/ gas: level 3) for 12-15 minutes. Mix icing sugar and egg white. Pour the icing into a freezer bag, cut off a small tip. Decorate cookies with the icing. Decorate with a colourful mixture of chocolate lentils and love beads
