Ingredients

Servings: 45
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 coated Tsp Baking Powder
  • 75 g Sugar
  • 1 package Vanillin sugar
  • 1 Egg (Gr. M)
  • 125 g cold butter, 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • 1 Decoration set "Sweet tree decorations
  • 250 g Icing sugar
  • 4-5 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • cling film, baking paper
  • 7-10 Tbsp thin ribbon

Directions

    Mix flour and baking powder. Put it in a mixing bowl with sugar, vanilla sugar, egg and butter in pieces. Knead everything first with the dough hooks of the hand mixer and then briefly smooth with your hands

    Cut the dough in half. Knead under 1 half cocoa and about 1 tablespoon cold water. Form both doughs into 1 ball each, wrap them in foil and cool them for about 1 hour

    Line 1 baking tray with baking paper. Now preheat the oven: Electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: stage 3. Knead 1 ball through, roll it out to a thickness of about 1/2 cm on a little flour. Cut out stars and hearts with a cookie cutter (on the set) and cut 1 hole with a straw. Put them on the baking tray, bake them for 10-12 minutes and let them cool down

    Bakes more cookies from the 2nd ball in the same way

    Stir icing sugar and juice to make the icing. Put 1/3 in 3 bowls. Colour one icing with some food colouring (a. d. Set) red, another green and leave one icing white. Spread the cookies with it and decorate them with sweets (as per set). Let everything dry

    Cuts approx. 45 pieces from gold wire (a. d. set) and ribbon. Thread 1 piece through each cookie. Decorate e.g. the fir tree with it
