Mash cream cheese, mix with milk and lemon juice until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper
Pour the cheese cream into a piping bag with a star-shaped spout and squirt it onto the crackers (or spread the cream thickly with a spoon)
Wash and chop the parsley. Sprinkle 1/3 of the crackers with parsley, 1/3 with caraway and the rest with sweet paprika. Garnish as you like with lettuce leaves and radish wedges
