  • 350 g Broccoli
  • 100 ml Vegetable broth
  • 75 g Mushrooms
  • 1 tomato, 1 small onion
  • 1 tsp (5 g) oil, salt, pepper
  • 3-4 Stem(s) Parsley
  • 80 g Kasseler cold cuts

Directions

    Clean and wash broccoli and cut into florets. Cook in the broth for about 6 minutes. Clean, wash and chop the mushrooms and tomatoes

    Peel and chop the onion. Fry in oil. Fry tomato and mushrooms. Add broccoli with broth, season. Wash, chop and add parsley. Serve with smoked pork loin
