  • 750 g Strawberries
  • 1 (approx. 1.5 kg) Pineapple
  • 8 Kiwis
  • 750 g white candy
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 2 (each 0.75 l) Bottles of brown rum (54% by volume)

    Wash and clean the strawberries. Peel and quarter the pineapple and cut out the hard stalk. Cut the flesh into pieces. Peel and slice the kiwis

    Layer fruits and candy in the rum pot. Carve the vanilla pod lengthwise and add. Pour rum over it, so that it is at least

    is one centimeter above the fruit. Weigh down the fruits with a plate. Close the rum pot and let it stand for about 2 weeks
