Fried honey banana with vanilla yoghurt

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 2-3 TABLESPOONS Pistachio kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS liquid honey
  • 300 g Vanilla Yoghurt
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Butter
  • 4 Bananas

Directions

    Coarsely chop the pistachios, if necessary. Roast briefly in a pan without fat. Take out and stir into the honey. Stir yoghurt until smooth.

    Melt the butter in the pan. Peel the bananas and fry them on each side until golden brown. Put them on dessert plates. Spread yoghurt and pistachio honey over it.
