Clean and wash the vegetables. Cut cabbage into small pieces. Halve or quarter turnips depending on size. Slice carrots and black salsify, dice turnip. Peel and finely dice onions. Fry 2 onions in 40 g hot fat.
Add vegetables and sauté briefly while turning. Deglaze with the broth and bring to the boil. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook over medium heat for 30-35 minutes. In the meantime, mix the ground pork and the remaining onion cubes. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fry in the remaining fat all around for about 5 minutes. Wash and finely chop the parsley. Dice the bacon and let it crisp in a pan. Add parsley and toss briefly. Add everything to the stew.
