Ingredients

Servings: 2
  • 400 g Cod fillet
  • 20 g Butter or margarine
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 200 g tagliatelle
  • 350 g Courgette
  • 1 package (40 g) Fix for zucchini pan
  • 50 g paprika-filled olives
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Capers

Directions

    Rinse fish cold and pat dry. Cut into slices. Fry in hot fat all around for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Cook pasta in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean, wash and cut the zucchini into thin slices. Remove fish from the pan.

    Fry the zucchini in cooking fat for about 3 minutes. Add 1/8 litre cold water and stir in Fix for Zucchini pan. Add olives and capers and simmer at low heat for 2-3 minutes. Stir in between. Finally, place the fish on top of the zucchini vegetables and warm them up. Drain the pasta, rinse with cold water and drain well
