Matjes baguette roll with apples and curry cream

Ingredients

  • 200 g Schmand
  • 1 TEASPOON Curry Powder
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp black pepper
  • 2 small onions
  • 4 Matie's fillets
  • 1/2 bunch Dill
  • 2 (approx. 100 g) Apples
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 4 Baguette roll
  • 7-10 Tbsp pink berries

Directions

    Mix sour cream and curry, season to taste with salt and pepper. Peel onions and cut or slice into thin rings. Cut the maties into pieces. Wash the dill, dab dry, put something aside for garnishing, chop the rest finely.

    Wash apples, dab dry, core with an apple core cutter. Cut or slice apples into thin rings and sprinkle with lemon juice. Cut the rolls in half. Spread the lower halves of the rolls with curry cream.

    Arrange apple rings, matie and onions on top. Sprinkle with dill and pink berries. Place the upper half of the roll on top. Garnish with dill.
