  • 10 g Coconut flake
  • 150 ml Skimmed milk
  • 150 ml Passion fruit juice
  • 5 g Dark chocolate rasp
  • 7-10 Tbsp Mint

Directions

    Roast the grated coconut in a pan without fat until golden brown, take it out and let it cool down. Mix milk, grated coconut and passion fruit juice and pour into a glass. Decorate with chocolate flakes and mint
