- 1 Organic Lime
- 6 cl Aperol
- 100 ml Sparkling wine (Prosecco frizzante)
- 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube

Wash lime hot, grate dry, cut off 3 nice slices. Put aperol, 2 slices of lime and ice cubes in a bulbous (red wine) glass, fill up with sparkling wine. Decorate with a slice of lime.
