Chocolate vanilla pudding with cherries

Ingredients

  • 1/2 l Milk
  • 1 pack of Pudding powder "Vanilla"
  • 7-10 Tbsp (for 1/2 l milk; to boil)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) Sugar
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Chocolate Drops
  • 1 glass (370 ml) Sour cherries
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Cornstarch
  • 1 Package. Vanillin sugar
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Hazelnut brittle
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa leaves

Directions

    Mix 4 tablespoons of milk, pudding powder and sugar until smooth. Bring the remaining milk to the boil, stir in the pudding powder and bring to the boil. Let the pudding cool down a little, stirring more often. Fold in chocolate drops

    Pour the pudding into 4 cold rinsed moulds (approx. 1/8 l capacity). Chill for approx. 3 hours

    Drain the cherries and collect the juice. Stir 4 tablespoons of juice and starch until smooth. Boil up the rest of the juice, vanilla sugar and lemon. Stir in starch and bring to the boil again. Remove peel. fold in cherries, let cool down

    Turn the custard onto plates. Sprinkle with hazelnut brittle. Serve with some cherry sauce and decorate with lemon balm leaves
