Peel apples, remove seeds, cut into large pieces and mix with lemon juice. Grease a flat casserole dish. Add the apples. Spread apple juice, sugar, vanilla sugar, cinnamon and aniseed on top
Cook apples in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes
Pour compote into glasses, for example. Stir yoghurt until smooth and spread on top. Tastes warm and cold
