Ingredients

  • 1 medium sized tomato
  • 150 g Salad cream
  • 150 g Crème fraîche,
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Tomato ketchup
  • 2-3 TEASPOONS Cognac
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugar

Directions

    Wash, quarter and seed the tomato. Cut the flesh into small cubes. Mix salad cream, crème fraîche, tomato ketchup and cognac. Fold in diced tomatoes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little sugar.
