Grease baking tray (approx. 35 x 40 cm) and dust with flour. Beat egg white and 1 pinch of salt until stiff. Add sugar while continuing to beat and continue beating until dissolved. Fold in coconut and half of the chocolate shavings. Spread on the whole tray and sprinkle with almonds. Bake in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 175 °C/circulating air: 150 °C/gas: level 2) for approx. 25 minutes
Take out, immediately sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate shavings. Cool down a little. Cut lukewarm into 5 cm long lozenges. Cool down on the tray. Dust with icing sugar
