Chocolate kiss cream with nectarines

Ingredients

  • 2-3 ripe nectarines
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Lemon juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON liquid honey
  • 9 (250 g) Chocolate kisses
  • 250 g Edible quark (20 %)
  • 150 g Cream yoghurt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Melissa

Directions

    Wash the nectarines and rub dry. Then cut in half, remove stone. Cut the nectarines into small pieces. Stir lemon juice and honey until smooth. Mix nectarine cubes with it. Let it stand for about 15 minutes.

    Remove the wafer bases from the chocolate kisses and cut them into small pieces, except for four for decoration. Stir the quark, yoghurt and chocolate kisses until smooth. Fold in the wafer pieces

    Spread the chocolate kiss cream and marinated nectarines in 4 glasses. Decorate with the remaining wafer bases and lemon balm
