  • 500 g Chicken filet
  • 100 ml Teriyaki sauce or soy sauce, approx. 12 wooden skewers (Japanese seasoning sauce)

    Wash the fillet, dab dry. Cut into about 48 cubes. Put 4 on each skewer. Drizzle with teriyaki sauce. Leave to stand for 30 minutes

    Grill for 8-10 minutes on a hot grill or stone while turning
