Ingredients

  • 400 g Camembert
  • 600 g Double cream cream cheese
  • 1 Onion
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1/2 red and yellow pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp white pepper
  • 50 g Walnut kernels
  • 2 TABLESPOONS thickened wild cranberries

Directions

    Mash the camembert with a fork. Stir in cream cheese. Peel onion, dice finely and stir into the cheese mixture. Season with paprika powder. Clean, wash and chop the peppers. Divide the cheese mixture into three.

    Fold the peppers into a third and season with salt and pepper. Chop nuts coarsely and fold into the 2nd third. Season with paprika powder. Fill Obatzta into small bowls. Garnish nut-Obatzta with cranberries
