  • 1 Rye meter bread (approx. 500 g)
  • 100 g Herb Butter
  • 250 g flimsy Comté cheese
  • 1 package (150 g) wafer-thin sliced, cooked grilled ham
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rosemary

Directions

    Cut a wedge (approx. 8 cm wide) out of the bread lengthwise (if necessary, cut the wedge into pieces and serve with the minced meat). Grease the resulting hollow space with herb butter. Place half of the cheese slices overlapping inside. Roll up ham slices and the rest cheese loosely and spread on top. Bake in the pre-heated oven (electric cooker: 200°C/circulating air: 175°C/gas: level 3) for approx. 10 minutes until golden brown. Cut bread into 10-12 pieces and garnish with rosemary if necessary
