Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 3 Peppers (e.g. green, orange and red)
  • 2 medium-sized onions
  • 600 g Chicken filet
  • 7-10 Tbsp little oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 6-7 TABLESPOONS Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 TABLESPOON Curry
  • 8 wooden skewers
  • baking paper

Directions

  1. 1

Clean, wash and cut the peppers into bite-sized pieces. Peel onions and cut them into large slices. Wash the meat, dab dry and cut into large cubes.

  2. 2

Put the bell peppers, onions and chicken cubes alternately on the skewers. Place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Spray a little oil all around and season with salt and pepper. Bake in a preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/circulating air: 175 °C/gas: level 3) for approx. 20 minutes.

  3. 3

Mix ketchup and curry. Drizzle the skewers with it and continue to fry for about 5 minutes. Rice tastes good with it.
