Wash, clean and coarsely chop the strawberries. Puree the strawberries, lemon juice and vanillin sugar in a tall mixing bowl. Possibly pass through a sieve
Stir mascarpone and quark until smooth, up to about 2 tablespoons. Season to taste with sugar. Divide into 4 dessert glasses. Place 1-2 teaspoons of puree as a blob on the rim of each glass and pull it into the cream with a skewer. Stir the rest of the strawberry puree and 2 tbsp. quark until smooth. Pour into the glasses
