Chicken filet with strawberry salsa

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 Chicken filets (approx. 180 g each)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 3 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 500 g Strawberries
  • 1 Shallot
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 2 stem(s) Basil
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Baslamic vinegar

Directions

    Wash the meat and dab dry. Season with salt and pepper. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 12-15 minutes over medium heat, turning it over.

    Wash and clean the strawberries and cut into small cubes. Peel and finely dice the shallot. Clean the chilli, cut lengthwise, remove seeds, wash and chop finely. Wash basil, shake dry, pluck leaves and chop finely.

    Mix everything with vinegar and 1 tbsp. oil, season with salt and pepper. Serve the meat with salsa. Roast bread tastes good with it.
