Wash the chicken filet and dab dry. Wash, clean and halve the tomatoes. Peel and halve onions. Peel garlic and press it through a garlic press. Heat basil oil in a large frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it. Fry the fillets, tomatoes and onions for about 15 minutes, turning them carefully. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with vinegar. Cut the chicken filet into slices. Serve with tomatoes and onions. Serve garnished with fresh herbs
