Ingredients

Servings: 8
  • 2 glasses (720 ml each) Cherries
  • 1 pck. Vanilla custard powder
  • 100 g dried cranberries

Directions

    Drain the cherries. Collect the juice and bring to the boil in a pot. Stir vanilla custard powder with 4 tbsp. water until smooth.

    Remove the pot from the heat and stir in the pudding powder. Bring to the boil and simmer for about 1 minute. Stir in dried cranberries and cherries. Let the compote cool down.
