Wash, halve and seed the grapes. Cut cheese into pieces. Mix lemon juice, 1 tablespoon water, salt, pepper and sugar. Whip oil into it. Mix grapes, cheese and marinade.
Roast almond slivers in a pan without fat. Clean, wash and drain the salad leaves. Distribute the lettuce leaves on plates. Arrange cheese-grape salad on top. Sprinkle with almond slivers. Garnish with lemon and lemon balm.
