Ingredients

  • 3 Onions
  • 3-4 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g Minced beef
  • 300 g minced lamb
  • 7-10 Tbsp or 600 g mixed minced meat
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Rose peppers
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Oil
  • 1/2 Cucumber
  • 250 g Tomatoes
  • 1/2 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 Oak leaf salad
  • 3 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lemon juice
  • 7-10 Tbsp Shashlik skewers

Directions

    Peel and finely dice two onions and garlic. Knead minced onions and garlic. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Form small rolls from the minced meat mixture. Put two to three rolls on a shish kebab.

    Fry in two tablespoons of hot oil for ten minutes. For the salad, wash and clean the cucumber and tomatoes. Cut cucumber lengthwise in half and into slices, tomatoes into slices. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Cut into bite-sized pieces. Peel remaining onion and cut into rings. Mix vinegar and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Beat the remaining oil into the mixture.
