125 g soft butter
50 g Trout caviar
7-10 Tbsp Lemon juice
7-10 Tbsp a few drops of Worcester sauce
7-10 Tbsp Pepper
7-10 Tbsp Dill
7-10 Tbsp Preparation: Beat the butter with the whisk of the hand mixer until creamy. Stir in caviar. Season with lemon juice, Worcester sauce and pepper. Pour into a glass vessel and garnish with dill as desired.
