Ingredients

  • 2 Ice cube
  • 1 (50 g) Ball of coconut-
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cream
  • 4 cl Brazilian
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sugarcane schnapps
  • 8 cl Pineapple juice
  • 1 Squirt of grenadine
  • 1 Splash of coffee liqueur
  • 7-10 Tbsp fresh pineapple and coconut-
  • 7-10 Tbsp nut splits

Directions

    Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add coconut ice cream, sugar cane brandy, pineapple juice, grenadine and coffee liqueur and shake everything vigorously. Strain the liquid into a tall glass. Take the remaining foam out of the shaker with a spoon and put it on the drink. Serve immediately garnished with coconut and pineapple slices
