Put ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Add coconut ice cream, sugar cane brandy, pineapple juice, grenadine and coffee liqueur and shake everything vigorously. Strain the liquid into a tall glass. Take the remaining foam out of the shaker with a spoon and put it on the drink. Serve immediately garnished with coconut and pineapple slices
