Ingredients

  • 8 Cardamom Capsules
  • 4-8 Tsp Sugar to taste
  • 8 heaped tsp finely ground Turkish mocha coffee

    Crush the cardamom capsules, remove the black grains and crush them in a mortar to a fine powder. Put 400 ml water and sugar in a jug. Add coffee and cardamom powder and bring to the boil. Remove from the heat and leave to stand until the mocha has settled. Repeat this procedure twice more. Carefully pour the mocha into mocha cheeses (without coffee grounds if possible) and serve immediately
