Ingredients

  • 70 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Egg Yolk
  • 1/4 l strong, cold coffee
  • 2-3 Eßl. Rum
  • 1 (250 g) Cup of whipped cream
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Cocoa

Directions

    Beat sugar, eggs and egg yolks and coffee in a hot water bath until frothy. Then beat again until cold. Season to taste with rum. Whip cream until stiff and fold in carefully. Pour the mixture into capuccino cups and freeze.

    Shortly before serving, whisk milk and remaining sugar until frothy. Add to the parfait. Serve dusted with cocoa. Serve with fresh fruit and pastry.
