Ingredients

  • 1 Egg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Milk
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Breadcrumbs
  • 1 TABLESPOON ground hazelnuts
  • 1 TABLESPOON Hazelnut flakes
  • 2 packs Cream Camembert (à 6 portions, 250 g)
  • 7-10 Tbsp Oil
  • 120 g Cranberries, thickened

Directions

    Whisk egg and milk. Mix breadcrumbs and nuts. Turn the camembert wedges first in the whisked egg, then in the breadcrumbs and nuts. Fry in plenty of hot oil on both sides until golden brown. Add the cranberries. Serve with bread and butter
