Café frappé (instant coffee with ice cubes)

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped Tsp instant coffee powder
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS Sugar
  • 1-2 TABLESPOONS cold milk
  • 7-10 Tbsp Ice cube
  • 7-10 Tbsp Straw

Directions

    Preparation with cocktail shaker: Put instant powder, sugar, 250 ml cold water, milk and ice cubes in a shaker and shake thoroughly until a lot of foam is created. Pour into a glass and serve with a straw

    Preparation with blender/milk frother: Pour instant powder and sugar into a (long drink) glass. Fill up with approx. 2 finger widths of cold water and stir with a hand blender until foamy. Start at the bottom and pull slowly upwards. Stir until the foam fills about half of the glass. Fill up with milk, ice cubes and cold water and serve with straw

    Tip: Tastes good with and without milk, or with vanilla ice cream
