Wash the meat, dab dry and cut in half horizontally. Heat oil in a coated pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes, turning it, and season with salt and pepper. In the meantime slice parmesan.
Wash the chervil, dab dry and, except for something to garnish, pluck the chervil from the stems and chop finely. Rinse anchovies, chop 2 pieces finely, mix with 3/4 of the parmesan, salad cream and chervil.
Remove the meat and let it drain. Clean, wash and drain the salad. Wash, clean and slice the tomatoes. Cut open the buns. Spread some lettuce cream on the lower halves and cover with lettuce, meat and tomatoes.
Add the rest of the salad cream, sprinkle with the rest of the Parmesan cheese and place the upper halves on top. Arrange the burgers, garnish with the remaining anchovies and chervil.
