  • 75 g low-fat cream to whip
  • 1/2 package Vanillin sugar
  • 2 (10 g each) Butter wafers
  • 2 TEASPOONS low-cal plum jam

Directions

    Whip the cream with the whisk of the hand mixer until stiff, allowing vanilla sugar to trickle in. Pour the cream into a piping bag with perforated spout. Place the tuffs in a circle on the waffles, leaving the middle free.

    Put 1 teaspoon of plum jam in the middle of each. Place both waffles on top of each other. Eat the tartlets immediately.
