Peel onion and garlic. Cut the onion into slices and chop the garlic finely. Peel the skin from the sausage. Cut the sausage into pieces. Wash chicken filet, dab dry and cut into pieces. Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into small pieces as well
Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the meat in it vigorously while turning. Season with salt and pepper. Add the chorizo and fry briefly. Remove. Fry the potatoes in the frying fat at medium heat for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.
Wash oregano, shake dry. Pluck the leaves and chop them finely, except for a little to garnish. Add the onion, garlic, meat and sausage to the pan and fry for about 5 minutes. Add oregano, orange peel and juice. Season everything with salt and pepper. Serve garnished with orange slice and oregano set aside
