Buttermilk cake with strawberries

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 1 egg (size S)
  • 7 TABLESPOONS Buttermilk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 2 (30 g) slightly heaped tbsp. flour
  • 125 g Low-fat curd
  • 1/2 TEASPOON liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp a few squirts of lemon or lime juice
  • 200 g Strawberries
  • 4-5 (2 g) drop of oil

Directions

    Mix the egg, 5 tablespoons buttermilk, salt and flour to a smooth dough. Leave to swell for approx. 15 minutes

    Stir curd cheese and 2 tablespoons buttermilk until smooth. Season to taste with honey and lemon juice. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries

  3. 3

    Heat the coated pan and brush with oil. Bake 4 cakes from the dough in it, golden brown on each side. Arrange the hot cakes with strawberries and curd cream
