Mix the egg, 5 tablespoons buttermilk, salt and flour to a smooth dough. Leave to swell for approx. 15 minutes
Stir curd cheese and 2 tablespoons buttermilk until smooth. Season to taste with honey and lemon juice. Wash, clean and halve the strawberries
Heat the coated pan and brush with oil. Bake 4 cakes from the dough in it, golden brown on each side. Arrange the hot cakes with strawberries and curd cream
