Apple pie on vanilla sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 1/4 l + 5 tablespoons of milk
  • 2 ( size M ) egg yolk + 1 egg
  • 1 TABLESPOON Cornstarch
  • 4 TABLESPOONS + 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 4 (80 g) go. Tbsp. flour
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 5 TABLESPOONS dry Franconian white wine
  • 2 medium-sized apples
  • 7-10 Tbsp juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 l oil for baking
  • 7-10 Tbsp Icing sugar and cinnamon

Directions

    Cut the pod open lengthwise and scrape out the pith. Stir 3 tablespoons of 1/4 l milk with egg yolk and starch until smooth. Stir 4 tablespoons of sugar into the remaining milk, bring to the boil. Simmer for about 1 minute. Let cool down

    Separate the egg. Mix egg yolk, flour, 1 pinch of salt, wine, 5 tablespoons of milk and 3 tablespoons of sugar. Beat egg white until stiff and fold in. Peel and core apples. Cut into 6 slices. Sprinkle with lemon juice

    Heat the oil in a high pot or deep fryer to 180 °C. Pull the apple slices in portions through the dough and fry them in the hot oil. On kitchen paper
