Bruschetta 4x different: Tomato-Oregano

Ingredients

Servings: 4
  • 4 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 8 discs Baguette bread
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 Splash of light balsamic vinegar
  • 2 stem(s) Oregano

Directions

    Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a frying pan and fry the baguette slices until golden brown on both sides. Season with 1 pinch of salt and drain on kitchen paper. Wash the cherry tomatoes, dab dry and cut in half.

    Peel and finely dice the garlic and add it to the tomatoes. Season with salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Wash the oregano, pluck off the leaves, cut into strips except for 8 tips and fold into the tomatoes.

    Arrange tomatoes on slices of bread and garnish with oregano.
