  • 50 g Radish sprouts
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 (approx. 250 g) big apple
  • 125 g Camembert cheese
  • 6 Gherkins + 2-3 tablespoons cucumber stock (glass)
  • 4 TABLESPOONS White wine vinegar
  • 1-2 TEASPOONS liquid honey
  • 7-10 Tbsp salt, pepper
  • 4-6 Tbsp Oil
  • 6 discs Whole grain rye bread (à approx. 60 g)

    Sort the sprouts, wash and drain. Peel onion and cut into fine slices. Wash, quarter and core the apple. Cut apple and cheese into pieces, cucumber into slices

    Mix cucumber stock, vinegar, honey, salt and pepper. Whip the oil into the mixture. Mix the prepared ingredients and marinade loosely, let it stand for a while. Roast the slices of bread in a toaster, dice coarsely and fold in
