Melt the butter and season with salt, pepper and herbs from Provence. Cut the rolls into very thin slices.
Spread the slices on 3 baking trays lined with baking paper, spread with herb butter.
Roast in the preheated oven (electric cooker: 200 °C/ circulating air: 175 °C/ gas: see manufacturer) for approx. 10 minutes one sheet at a time. Let the finished chips cool down and pack them as airtight as possible.
