Peel the cucumbers, cut them in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into slices. Clean and wash the tomatoes. Heat the oil in a pan. Sauté the meat for 5-8 minutes, turning it well.
Remove and keep warm. Fry the cucumbers in the frying oil, pour on the stock, bring to the boil, cover and cook for 4-6 minutes. After about 2 minutes add tomatoes. Pour on cream, put meat back into the pan.
Season to taste with salt and pepper. Bread and tzatziki are delicious with it.
