Prepare the rice according to the instructions on the packet. Peel, wash and cut carrots into strips. Peel and finely dice onions. Wash the meat, dab dry, cut into thin strips
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan. Fry the meat for 3-4 minutes, turning it over and taking it out. Add the carrots, onions and 2 tbsp. oil to the hot frying fat and fry for 3-4 minutes, turning over.
In the meantime, mix soy sauce, stock and starch. Add carrots and onions, bring to the boil, add meat and rice and simmer for 3-4 minutes. Clean, wash and fold in the rocket, season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar
