Wash the marjoram, shake dry and pluck off the leaves. Chop half of the leaves finely. Halve the bell peppers, clean, wash and cut into pieces. Clean, wash and halve the mushrooms.
Cut the bratwurst into slices about 1 cm thick. Heat the oil in a high frying pan. Fry the sausage, peppers and mushrooms for about 4 minutes, turning them over. Add the pizza tomatoes, stock and shashlik sauce.
Simmer the goulash for 8-10 minutes. Add chopped marjoram and season to taste with salt, pepper and paprika. Arrange goulash and garnish with marjoram leaves. Bread tastes good with it.
