For the blueberry shake select blueberries. Puree with buttermilk, lime juice and maple syrup in a mixer. For the strawberry shake, wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into small pieces. Puree with kefir, oat flakes and sea buckthorn juice in a mixer. Dip glass edges one after the other in lemon juice and ground pistachios.
Serve with mint. For the currant shake, turn 4 panicles in lemon juice and sprinkle with some brown sugar. Strip the remaining berries from the stalks. Puree with yoghurt, milk and remaining brown sugar in a blender. Decorate each glass with a sweetened currant panicle
