Berry and cabbage smoothie

Ingredients

Servings: 1
  • 150 g Raspberries (frozen)
  • 4 Kale leaves
  • 1 half stick of celery
  • 1 half ripe pear
  • 1 half apple
  • 1 half lemon (juice)
  • 1 cm giant piece of ginger
  • 350 ml cool water

Directions

    Wash the cabbage leaves, let them drip off and cut through several times.

    Core the pear and apple and then quarter them. Chop the celery roughly as well.

    Place all ingredients in the blender jug and puree to the desired consistency.
