Ingredients

  • 150 g frozen clams
  • 7-10 Tbsp Salt
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 package (500 g) chunky tomatoes
  • 7-10 Tbsp Pepper
  • 7-10 Tbsp Sweet peppers
  • 1 TABLESPOON Lime juice
  • 1 TABLESPOON Tomato ketchup
  • 1 Pot of basil
  • 250 g North Sea crab meat
  • 150 g small squids
  • 2 TABLESPOONS Olive oil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Slices of lime and basil
  • 7-10 Tbsp Flour
  • baking paper

Directions

    Put the mussels in boiling salted water and let them simmer for 5 minutes at low heat. Peel the garlic and press it through a garlic press. Mix tomato pulp, salt, pepper, paprika, lime juice, ketchup and garlic.

    Wash the basil, dab dry, pluck the leaves from the stems and cut into strips. Pour the mussels onto a sieve and drain well. Roll out half of the quark oil dough into a circle (approx. 32 cm Ø) on a floured work surface.

    Place the pizza base on a baking tray lined with baking paper, spread tomato sauce evenly on top. Wash the crabs and cuttlefish and dab dry. Place them on the pastry base with the mussels. Drizzle the pizza with oil and bake in a preheated oven (electric: 200 °C / gas: level 3) for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve garnished as desired with slices of lime and basil.
